Our Story

Tokos was created after years of witnessing how people’s dreams of relocating abroad were shattered by misinformation and unregulated agents. Our founder, Pamela Landreville, PhD, lived, studied, and worked in countries across Africa, Europe, and the Americas. With over twenty years of experience in global mobility, she saw how good people were often taken advantage of simply because they didn’t know where to find help they could trust.

She decided to change that. Tokos was born to make immigration honest and accessible. It is a bridge between regulated professionals and genuine applicants seeking opportunities. It is a platform that restores fairness to the global mobility journey.

What Tokos Means

In Lingala, one of Congo’s national languages, Tokos means “we are good” or “it’s all good.” It carries a sense of community, resilience, and collective success.
