2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tokos operates as a service marketplace connecting users with regulated service providers and partners. Because services are digital, informational, or time-based, they are generally non-refundable.



1. General Refund Policy


All payments made on Tokos are final.


Tokos does not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect information provided by the customer

Failure to complete required steps

Delays caused by third parties (government agencies, partners, or service providers)

Misunderstanding of services



2. Third-Party Service Providers


When a user engages a regulated expert (such as an RCIC) outside the Tokos platform, the contractual and financial relationship is strictly between the customer and the service provider.


Tokos is not responsible for:

Refund disputes

Quality of third-party services

Delays or outcomes of immigration applications


Any complaint must be addressed directly to the service provider.



3. Cancellations


If a cancellation is possible for a specific Tokos service (rare), it must be requested before any work begins.

Once service delivery has started, no cancellation or refund is permitted.



4. Service Delivery Failure


If Tokos is unable to deliver a service due to an internal error, at our discretion, we may:

Provide a credit for another service, or

Provide a partial refund


Tokos determines eligibility case-by-case.



5. Chargebacks


Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Immediate account suspension

Legal action to recover losses

Liability for administrative fees



6. Policy Updates


We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
