By accessing Tokos, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Tokos Services

Tokos is a global mobility marketplace.

We provide:

• Access to information

• Pre-engagement packages

• Preparation services

• A directory of regulated experts

• A platform for partners to promote approved services

Tokos does not provide legal immigration representation.

Legal retainers are always managed directly between the customer and regulated immigration professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use Tokos only for legitimate purposes

• Not misuse, copy, or replicate Tokos services

• Not submit fraudulent documents or engage in illegal activities

Tokos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice.

4. Relationship with Service Providers

Service providers listed on Tokos are independent.

Tokos:

• Does not employ them

• Does not supervise their work

• Is not liable for their actions, advice, or outcomes

Any engagement between the user and a professional is outside the Tokos platform, at the parties’ own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tokos is not liable for immigration outcomes, delays, losses, or damages of any kind.

• Tokos does not guarantee approvals, visas, or government decisions.

• Tokos is not responsible for errors or actions of third-party providers.

• Tokos is not responsible for communication issues, misunderstandings, or missed deadlines.

Your use of Tokos is at your own risk.

• Availability of experts or partners

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Payments

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All fees are final and non-refundable

• Prices may change at any time

• Taxes may apply depending on your location

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Tokos — including branding, text, graphics, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Tokos and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Account Suspension

Tokos may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Violation of these Terms

• Misleading behavior

• Illegal activities

No refunds will be provided if an account is terminated due to misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tokos signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Tokos Partners

By signing up as a Partner with Tokos, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of collaboration:

• Purpose of Collaboration

You promote Tokos and the verified services listed on our marketplace, following the official guidelines provided by Tokos. Your role is to help travelers access safe, regulated, and transparent global mobility support.

• Compliance With Tokos Policies

You agree to follow all Tokos policies, including promoting only the services listed on the platform. You do not provide immigration advice or legal representation. All legal engagements take place directly between the traveler and the regulated expert outside the platform.

• Transaction Through Tokos First

You agree that any traveler you assist must complete their purchase through Tokos before receiving services from an expert. This ensures compliance, tracking, security, and revenue eligibility.

• Revenue Structure

You earn revenues only on successful purchases made through your tracking link or code, according to the official revenue plan shared by Tokos.

• Fair Promotion & Accuracy

You commit to representing Tokos truthfully, avoiding misleading claims, and ensuring that travelers understand what the service includes, what it does not include, and how Tokos operates.

• No Direct Side Deals

You agree not to bypass the Tokos platform by facilitating side arrangements with experts or travelers. All initial transactions must go through Tokos to maintain transparency and secure your commissions.

• Respect for Data & Confidentiality

Any personal information you handle must be treated confidentially and used only for helping travelers access Tokos services. You will not store or share data outside of Tokos-approved channels.

• Materials & Branding

You may use only the official marketing materials and instructions provided inside the Tokos Partner Dashboard and Skool platform. You may not modify Tokos branding or create your own “Tokos-branded” visuals or documents.

• Independent Partner Status

You operate as an independent partner, not as an employee or agent of Tokos. You are responsible for your own business activities, tax obligations, and compliance with local regulations.

• Termination of Collaboration

Tokos reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership if policies are violated, if misleading practices occur, or if compliance and traveler safety are at risk.
